Kate Harper is the CEO of Apropela, a not-for-profit organisation on a mission to eliminate gender discrimination and help female founders scale faster. With over 20 years’ experience in executive search and consulting — and a global investment banking background spanning London and Sydney — Kate brings both commercial depth and purpose-driven leadership to her work. Passionate about creating meaningful connections that unlock opportunity, she leads Apropela’s mission to ensure more women have the access, confidence and networks they need to grow.
Bianca Hall is the Manager of Events and Community at Apropela, where she leads the design and delivery of the organisation’s signature Portfolio Events and founder engagement experiences. With over 20 years’ experience in events, marketing and communications across leading brands and agencies, Bianca is passionate about creating spaces that inspire connection, confidence and collaboration. Her work brings the Apropela mission to life — curating experiences that empower female founders and foster meaningful relationships with Australia’s most influential business leaders.
