Samantha Finnegan is the CEO of Apropela, a not-for-profit organisation helping high-potential women founders accelerate their growth through meaningful business connections and opportunities. With more than 20 years’ experience in partnerships, business development and commercial strategy, Samantha has built and led partnerships across the corporate, cultural and entrepreneurial sectors. As a founder herself, she brings first-hand understanding of the challenges of building and scaling a business, alongside deep experience connecting organisations, people and ideas to create commercial value. Passionate about the power of networks to unlock opportunity, Samantha leads Apropela’s mission to ensure more women founders have access to the people, connections and opportunities that can help their businesses grow.

Marie is the Manager, Partnerships and Community at Apropela, where she builds and strengthens relationships with founders, partners and supporters across the network. She leads community engagement and helps shape experiences that bring the Apropela community together in a meaningful way. With a background in engineering and international development, Marie brings a practical, impact-driven approach. She cares deeply about building a strong and useful network for founders and connectors.
