Diane Grady AO is a full-time Non-Executive Director with 24 years experience on major public company and not-for-profit Boards.

Emma brings a wealth of experience in marketing and business leadership in complex and fast-paced consumer environments and has been recognised for her expertise in consumer-led commercial marketing, brand development, customer experience, digital marketing and transformative change.

Krissie has spent a significant part of her career leading major transformation programs in financial services, and offers incredible insight and expertise into the financial services ecosystem.

Oliver is the Finance Director for Amazon’s Retail business in Australia and Singapore. He has been with Amazon for 12 years, spanning a variety of finance roles across multiple business segments and countries. In his time with Amazon, he has worked in the US, Europe, and now Australia, and has helped launch some of Amazon’s biggest business segments. He was the founding finance partner for Amazon Business (Amazon’s B2B offering) in 2014, and also led the launch of Alexa Voice Service in 2016. He has a passion for helping build and scale businesses, and is currently focused on building Amazon’s business in APAC. Oliver is originally from Seattle, Washington and prior to Amazon, he worked as a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG's Seattle practice. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Washington. Since 2021, Oliver has lived in Sydney with his wife and daughter.

Peter van der Westhuyzen is an Executive Director at Macquarie, heading SME Banking and Institutional, Direct & Customer Solutions within the Banking and Financial Services Group.

Sid Myer is the Chairman of the Myer Family Investments, the Myer family’s private investment company with a diversified portfolio of assets across most local and international asset classes.
