As we come to the close of 2025, we’re taking a moment to reflect on an extraordinary year — and, above all, to celebrate the founders, connectors and partners who made it possible.

In the days following the tragic events in Bondi, many across our community have been deeply affected. Our thoughts remain with those who lost their lives, those who were injured, and the families and communities continuing to navigate the impact. Moments like these remind us how connected we are, and why compassion, care and looking out for one another matter more than ever.

Throughout 2025, an incredible 845 Offers of Connection were made to 15 Portfolio CEOs across five events — two in Melbourne, two in Sydney, and our first hybrid event focused on the North American market. Behind every connection is a conversation, an opportunity, and a shared belief in what these founders are building. Many of these introductions are already unlocking new customers, strategic partnerships, investment capital and greater visibility in key markets.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who supported Apropela this year — by opening doors, sharing expertise, running workshops, hosting and delivering events, volunteering behind the scenes, offering guidance, and providing financial sponsorship. Each contribution helps create the collaborative environment that allows our founders — and our mission — to thrive.
